We want Private Therapy Network to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, neurodivergent users and people using assistive technologies.

2. What we aim for

We aim to use clear language, readable layouts, keyboard-friendly navigation, meaningful links, sufficient contrast and responsive design.

3. Known limitations

The platform is evolving and some areas may not yet meet the standard we want. Third-party tools, embedded content or older templates may have limitations outside our direct control.

4. Feedback

If you find an accessibility problem, contact us and tell us the page, issue, browser/device and what you were trying to do. We will review reasonable improvements as part of ongoing development.

5. Alternative formats

Where reasonable, we will try to provide information in an alternative format or help users complete a process another way.
