Legal Information
Professional Terms
Terms for therapists, counsellors, psychologists, coaches and other professionals using the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information about your identity, services, qualifications, experience, professional registrations, insurance and suitability to work with clients. We may approve, reject, suspend or remove professional access at our discretion.
2. Independent responsibility
You are independent from Private Therapy Network. You are responsible for your services, client assessment, suitability decisions, safeguarding, record keeping, insurance, tax, regulatory duties, advertising compliance and professional standards.
3. Lead data
Lead information is confidential. You may only use it to assess and respond to that enquiry. You must not resell, share, scrape, export, bulk message, add to unrelated marketing lists or misuse lead data.
4. Purchasing leads
Lead previews may be anonymised and limited. You are responsible for deciding whether to purchase. Purchasing a lead does not guarantee a client, appointment, response, conversion, suitability or revenue.
5. Replacement requests
Replacement requests are assessed under the Refund and Lead Replacement Policy. Approval is not automatic and may be refused where the lead matched the preview, was contacted inappropriately, was delayed, or the issue falls outside the policy.
6. Conduct
You must communicate professionally, promptly and lawfully. You must not pressure vulnerable people, make misleading claims, offer services outside your competence or ignore safeguarding concerns.
7. Suspension and removal
We may restrict or remove your access for suspected misuse, poor conduct, complaints, non-payment, legal risk, data protection concerns or breach of terms.
8. Liability
You indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your services, professional conduct, breach of these terms, misuse of data or failure to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
