Request Account Deletion
Request deletion of a Private Therapy Network app or portal account and associated personal data.
You can also request closure from the account settings area. This public form is available if you can no longer access the app.
What happens after a request
We will verify your identity, review the account and confirm the outcome by email. We will delete or anonymise account data that is no longer required. Limited records may be retained where necessary for safeguarding, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance or legal claims. Retained information will be restricted and protected.
Deleting your PTN account does not automatically delete records independently held by a therapist or other professional. Contact that professional directly about their records.
